Jam packed…in a good way

Girl loves to have too much to do. Boy thinks it’s a bit masochistic of her and her family worries that she loads on more stress than healthy. What does girl think? What doesn’t kill you will make you stronger. Plus, this is France…there’s always time for a little vacation! So, we’ve piled up a list of things on our plate for this weekend:

The 10th annual Nuit Blanche – or “sleepless night.” The city will play host to more than 30 international artists from 19h – 6h Sunday morning. From light installations to free dance classes – you know that’s where girl will be, hopefully boy is prepared! – there will be more than enough to see and do. And hey, metro lines 14 and 12 will be free from 2h15-5h30, so you might as well take advantage of that!

The Houilles Brochante – one of the biggest flea markets in Ile-de-France. This is a once a year event that will surely offer some hidden treasures at good prices. RER A: Houilles/ Carrieres-sur-Seine

Portes Ouvertes at Cercles de la Forme – we mentioned this the other day and are excited for tomorrow morning! 5 euro dance, martial arts and Les Mills classes for all non-members Saturday and Sunday! Boy is ready to turn on his inner Armstrong!

Vegan Day – though we are quite carnivorous, we do appreciate clean eating and take caution about what we put into our bodies (chocolate is good for you!). This weekend there is a two day vegan exposition that will feature different films, forums and cooking demonstrations to teach you all about veganism.

What are you doing this weekend?

  2. So this is what happens when you don’t have phone or internet for three weeks?!
