Redefining dégustation – how much can you taste?

It’s back! Last year we were invited to a little wine expo in Paris. What we didn’t know was that that little expo was actually a treasure chest of wine all for us to try! Okay, well not all…but we sure did carve our way through it! The salon des vins des vingerons indépendants is a major wine fair that hosts events in Paris and beyond. The four day event offers the general public the opportunity to connect with hundreds of independent vineyards from all over the country and to buy their wines directly at great prices. Though we’ve found a new appreciation for wine, we’ve still got a lot to learn and this expo is just the place for a crash course. Thanks to the people at Chateau de Lugagnac, we recieved free tickets to this year’s event in Paris and are anxious to check out some of the wines out this year!

Salon des vins des vignerons indépendants: Porte de Versailles – 24-27 November 10am-8pm, 28 November 10am-6pm – 6 euros/person (includes free tasting glass).
